Dean Bovino
Dean is the Senior Vice President of Fixed Assets for Anchor. With more twenty-five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Dean has a long track record of successfully guiding local, national and international clients with commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, asset reposition and dispositions. He possesses an exceptional balance of market knowledge and asset expertise with a strong commitment of service to his clients. His specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, space utilization, transaction management, and financial structuring and restructuring. Dean specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to broker commercial office, industrial, retail and international properties which optimizes Anchor’s clients’ real estate assets helping them achieve their business and financial goals.
Before joining Anchor, Dean worked at Studley (now Savills Studley), a major commercial real estate investment brokerage in the New York marketplace. Dean’s experience and deep understanding both play an integral role in his ability to advise clients on lease negotiations, owned properties, retail space, construction & development of commercial real estate and sale-leaseback projects.
Throughout his career, Dean has helped a number of Fortune 1000 companies structure major real estate transactions including national retailers, major financial institutions, and some of the largest professional firms in America including International Paper, Wells Fargo, and Triple 5, to name a few.
Dean attended Quinnipiac College and is a licensed commercial real estate broker. In his free time, Dean enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife and two children.
Erik Neubart
Erik is Anchor’s Chief Revenue Officer responsible for account management and trade usage for all of Anchor’s clients as well as overseeing revenue growth more holistically across multiple streams of business.
For over 25 years, Erik has been leading strategy teams that help clients reach their KPIs, launch new media platforms, and increase revenue. Erik is a proven leader that is fluent in both traditional and digital platforms and has the innate ability to create and nurture relationships within traditional and matrixed organizations delivering quantifiable and verifiable results for his clients.
Erik brings a diverse background of experience to Anchor and its clients. Having not only managed blue-chip accounts at agencies such as Zenith Media, Spark Foundry, and Wavemaker Global, Erik brings the experience of being a Corporate Trade client and media partner when he was at Verizon Wireless and Westwood One, respectively. Erik brings these experiences to Anchor clients when communicating what works and more importantly, what does not work when it comes to effectively utilizing Corporate Trade.
Throughout his career, Erik has managed Fortune 500 accounts within the Pharma, CPG, Finance, Telecom, QSR, Luxury Brands, and Travel industries. Some of Erik’s most notable accounts are Verizon, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Boston Beer, United State Marine Corp, USAA, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Burlington, Dow Chemicals, Boeing, and Citi to name a few.
With his hands-on leadership approach, clients are assured that an integrated strategic framework is being utilized and delivered on promised results. Erik has a passion for connecting media insights, data analytics & strategy with actionable intelligence and purpose-driven plans.
A graduate of Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Affairs, Erik is an inductee in the Montclair State Athletic Hall of Fame. He sits of the Board of Directors for the Glen Rock Shooting Stars in Glen Rock, NJ where he resides with his wife, three children his dog Riggins and cat Boomer.
Dana Goodman
Dana is the Vice President of Out-of-Home for Anchor and has more than twenty years of professional experience in the media and advertising industry.
A specialist in Out-of-Home and Experiential Marketing and Media, the clients she has delivered for speak volumes of her ability to handle some of the most complex and integrated media campaigns. Dana has handled media campaigns for companies such as Verizon, JPMorgan Chase, AT&T, McDonald’s, William Grant & Sons, The New York Lottery and Viacom, to name a few.
Prior to joining the Anchor Team, Dana held senior media management roles at BCC Advertising, Community Coupon Corporation, Comedy Central, Resident Media, and Encompass Media Group. She wears many different hats at Anchor, is a true go-getter and knows how to find the best value programs for clients. A creative thinker with the ability to design, execute and manage award-winning campaigns, she has executed everything from trolley and subway takeovers to bus wraps and branded coffee programs.
Dana is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts. She lives in Syosset, NY and is an avid, spontaneous traveler who counts Havana, Cuba and Rio de Janeiro among her favorite destinations (for now).
Lawrence Finnegan
Lawrence J. Finnegan III is Senior Vice President, National Video Investment and has been with Anchor Trading since April 2022. Finnegan is tasked with overseeing Anchor Trading’s National Video Investment business ensuring that Anchor’s Trading Desk continues to lead the media trading industry. In his role, Finnegan develops unique trade solutions for both our media trade partners as well as our clients.
Finnegan came to Anchor with a wealth of experience from his previous agencies with 6 years leading Evergreen Trading’s National desk. Prior to that leadership role, he spent 16 years working within the Interpublic Group of Companies. After 8 Years in traditional Advertising and Media Buying at TN/Initiative Media, he entered the Corporate Trade industry in 2007 where he sat as VP, National Investment and lead negotiator at Orion Trading.
Additionally, Larry is a proud husband to his wife Jennifer and a father of three young children LJ, Hudson and Harlee with whom he happily dedicates his free time.

Randall Laird
Randall is Senior Vice President of Asset Acquisition, managing the business development and asset procurement of Anchor’s corporate trade programs. Randall also plays a key role on the management team to maximize Anchor’s involvement with its Veteran affiliations, including the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, New York State Office of General Services, the National Veteran-Owned Business Association (NaVOBA) and the National Veterans Business Development Council (NVBDC).
A 1984 graduate of Washington State University, Randall was a 4-year Army ROTC scholarship recipient and a Distinguished Military Graduate. He was commissioned as a US Army officer and served six years on active duty, including assignments with the 3rd Infantry Division in West Germany and the U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery Center and School at Fort Bliss, TX. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger and Airborne Schools.
After active duty, Randall received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and shortly after began his career in corporate trade. Prior to joining Anchor in 2017, he held senior management positions at Active International, Magna Global Trading and Carat Trade. With nearly 30 years of senior leadership experience in the industry, Randall has managed over 250 corporate trade transactions totaling more than $550 million in value recovery for numerous Fortune 1000 companies, including: Brown-Forman, ConAgra Foods, Perfetti Van Melle, Diageo, Maytag, Robert Mondavi, Turtle Wax, TaylorMade Golf, and Valvoline.
Randall also serves in leadership positions with various 501(c)(3) charities that support Veterans and other worthwhile causes. He is the Treasurer of the West Point Society of the Mid-Hudson Region, a non-profit providing support to the United States Military Academy in the Hudson Valley and a legacy donor to Legacies Alive, a charity supporting Gold Star Families. Additionally, Randall is on the Board of Directors of the New York Chapter of Pencils for Kids, a registered 501(c)(3) charity that provides school supplies to children in under-developed countries.
Randall and his wife Jacqueline, a retired U.S. Army Major, live in Monroe, NY. They have four grown children, two of whom are currently serving in the U.S. Army.
David King
David is the Chief Financial Officer of Anchor. Over the past thirty years, David has held various senior financial positions within the advertising and media industry. David was the Vice President, Director of International Finance & Operations for Active International between 1994 and 2002. During that time, David was responsible for all financial reporting and operations for Active’s foreign offices.
David left Active in 2002 and went on to hold senior and executive finance and operational roles at GroupM, Havas, and The Cornerstone Agency, an experiential creative agency. Prior to joining Anchor in 2016, David was the Chief Financial Officer for Sherwood Trading Group for more than four years.
Throughout his career, David has overseen all aspects of financial operations, reporting, and analysis, working closely with global clients, including Campbell’s Soup Company, William Grant & Sons, Cadbury, Sears, Diageo, Energizer, and Johnson & Johnson.
David is a graduate of Rutgers University with degrees in both Accounting and Psychology, he also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
When David is not at his desk, he competes in Spartan Races. Throughout his participation, he has helped raise thousands of dollars for Veteran-related charities including Carry the Load, Our Military Kids and Wounded Warrior Project. David is also a certified spinning instructor who has taught more than 2,200 spin classes (and counting). He lives in Montvale, NJ with his four children.
Mike Lista
Mike is Executive Vice President of Media Operations for Anchor, overseeing the day-to-day media operations, execution, and deliverables for all of Anchors’ clients.
For the past 23 years, Mike has held various leadership roles in the media and advertising industry. Mike’s passion for exceeding client expectations is seen in his determination and attention to detail, delivering superior media results and account service for Anchor clients.
Mike’s extensive background in the media industry spans numerous categories helping drive client’s businesses in industries such as Pharmaceutical, Apparel, Retail, Wine & Spirits, Electronics and Consumer Packaged Goods. He has managed integrated media campaigns for clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Eli-Lilly, Glaxo SmithKline, Novartis, P&G, New Era Cap, American Home Products, Cannon, William Grant & Sons, Bacardi USA, Stoli Group USA, Santa Margherita Wines, Playtex, Energizer and Rent-A-Center.
Before joining Anchor, Mike spent ten years as Communications Planning Director at Grey Advertising and Mediacom, both part of WPP, and eight years at Sherwood Trading Group where he managed the media operations for all of Sherwood’s Corporate Trade clients.
Mike is a graduate of Siena College with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management. He resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife (who is also his college sweetheart) and their two sons. He is a family man through and through, enjoys coaching his sons’ sports teams, hiking, and camping with the family, and enjoys playing the occasional round of golf.
