Senior Vice President, Asset Acquisition

Randall is Senior Vice President of Asset Acquisition, managing the business development and asset procurement of Anchor’s corporate trade programs.  Randall also plays a key role on the management team to maximize Anchor’s involvement with its Veteran affiliations, including the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, New York State Office of General Services, the National Veteran-Owned Business Association (NaVOBA) and the National Veterans Business Development Council (NVBDC).

A 1984 graduate of Washington State University, Randall was a 4-year Army ROTC scholarship recipient and a Distinguished Military Graduate. He was commissioned as a US Army officer and served six years on active duty, including assignments with the 3rd Infantry Division in West Germany and the U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery Center and School at Fort Bliss, TX.  He is a graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger and Airborne Schools.

After active duty, Randall received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and shortly after began his career in corporate trade. Prior to joining Anchor in 2017, he held senior management positions at Active International, Magna Global Trading and Carat Trade. With nearly 30 years of senior leadership experience in the industry, Randall has managed over 250 corporate trade transactions totaling more than $550 million in value recovery for numerous Fortune 1000 companies, including:  Brown-Forman, ConAgra Foods, Perfetti Van Melle, Diageo, Maytag, Robert Mondavi, Turtle Wax, TaylorMade Golf, and Valvoline.

Randall also serves in leadership positions with various 501(c)(3) charities that support Veterans and other worthwhile causes.  He is the Treasurer of the West Point Society of the Mid-Hudson Region, a non-profit providing support to the United States Military Academy in the Hudson Valley and a legacy donor to Legacies Alive, a charity supporting Gold Star Families. Additionally, Randall is on the Board of Directors of the New York Chapter of Pencils for Kids, a registered 501(c)(3) charity that provides school supplies to children in under-developed countries.

Randall and his wife Jacqueline, a retired U.S. Army Major, live in Monroe, NY. They have four grown children, two of whom are currently serving in the U.S. Army.
